Cookie Policy
Clear information about the cookies we use. You can always manage your consent.
Introduction
Iglow Servicios Integrales S.L. uses necessary cookies for the site to function and, only with your permission, preference, analytics and advertising measurement technologies. You can decide separately and withdraw consent from the footer.
What are cookies?
Cookies are small files stored on your device when you visit a website. They allow the site to function properly, remember your preferences and understand how the site is used.
Some cookies are essential for the site to work. Others are optional and are only activated if you give your consent.
Technical cookies
These are essential for the website to function and do not require consent. They ensure security, navigation and the proper use of forms and essential features.
- Security.
- Navigation.
- Forms.
- Essential preferences.
Preference cookies
Your selected language may be remembered to provide the function you requested. Non-essential preferences are used only with consent.
Analytics cookies
These help us understand how the website is used — for example, which pages are visited or from which device — in order to improve the user experience.
They will only be installed when you give your express consent.
Google Ads measurement
Only with your specific consent do we load the Google Ads tag to measure WhatsApp clicks from iglow.es. A click does not establish that a message was sent, a service requested or a booking made. Rejecting measurement does not prevent you from using WhatsApp or sending requests. We do not use this feature for remarketing, personalised ads or enhanced conversions. The event does not include message content, the WhatsApp URL or form details.
Google receives technical information about the browser and connection for measurement and may use first-party attribution cookies in the _gcl_ family, usually lasting up to 90 days, subject to configuration and browser limits. The provider is Google. Its cookie and data information is available at policies.google.com/technologies/cookies. This purpose applies to the public website; we do not add advertising measurement to the app.
Google may also store attribution information in browser local storage under _gcl_ls. When you withdraw permission, we remove this key together with accessible first-party advertising cookies.
Third-party cookies
An external link does not itself set that third party’s cookies on this site. Embedded integrations are reviewed according to their necessity and consent. Payment takes place on Stripe-hosted pages, where its cookie information is provided.
Managing consent
You can manage your preferences at any time:
When you withdraw permission, we block new events and remove accessible first-party advertising cookies. A tag that has already loaded receives the denied state and may send technical signals about that change. To fully remove it from the open page, you can reload using the notice shown, after saving any unfinished text.
- Accept all cookies.
- Reject non-essential cookies.
- Configure your preferences by category.
- Change your decision at any time via the «Cookie Settings» link in the footer.
How to disable cookies
You can also delete or block cookies through your browser settings. Please note that if you disable technical cookies, some site features may stop working properly.
Refer to your browser's help section for specific instructions.
Active tools
On iglow.es your choice is stored in your browser's local storage under iglow_cookie_consent for no more than 24 months, unless you clear site data or change your choice sooner. If Google Analytics is configured and you accept analytics, the _ga cookie (distinguishing users) and _ga_<identifier> cookie (maintaining session state) may be set. These are Google Analytics cookies with a default lifetime of up to two years, subject to configuration and browser limits. The app uses technologies needed for authentication, session and security. You can view and erase stored cookies through your browser settings.
Your choice is stored as version 3 to request fresh permission for this purpose. Accepting analytics alone does not activate Google Ads, and accepting advertising measurement alone does not activate Google Analytics. Older preferences do not enable this new measurement.
Updates
This policy may be updated when applicable legislation or the technology used by the website changes. The published version will always be the current one.
