The people behind Iglow.
We are a cleaning and maintenance team in Madrid. Each job is planned around the property, its condition and the agreed scope.
David runs the company with Jorlady, Lidys and Ángela, the team who carry out the work.

Iglow Servicios Integrales S.L. works in homes, offices, residential buildings and private properties across Madrid.
Before work begins, we agree the areas, frequency and equipment required. We then coordinate the service with the client.
Our team works to the agreed scope, taking account of the materials and how each property is used.

Founder and owner
David Legarda sets Iglow’s vision, strategy and development. He started cleaning on his own at 17. At 20 he founded and built the company.
That early path showed him how cleaning is still often seen: as invisible work, given little care in how it is presented. His aim is to change that view.
His aim is to raise the standard of presentation and organisation in an essential trade, while staying close to the day-to-day work.
“I want to change how cleaning is seen. It should no longer be treated as invisible work, but recognised as a high-level service: more elegant, more precise, and presented to the standard of the spaces we look after.”

Jorlady, Lidys and Ángela carry out Iglow services across Madrid.
They wear the Iglow uniform and coordinate their work around the needs of each service.

A long-term vision.
Our aim is to make Iglow a reference in Spain for integrated services, technical cleaning, maintenance and property care.
We want to grow with structure: building teams, improving processes, bringing in technology and developing long-term relationships of trust.
As Iglow moves towards larger projects, we want to keep what matters: the direct relationship, the responsibility and the care with which each space is represented.
We are still building Iglow.
We want to grow through well-trained teams, clear processes and accountability for every service.
